Refund policy

14-day returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, no questions asked. Contact us through our contact form or at support.kelvinshop@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their tags. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

We refund the amount paid for the returned item within 14 days of receiving it, to your original payment method. If you return one item from a "2nd pair 30% off" order, the refund is the amount actually paid for that item.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us with a photo. We replace or refund the item and cover the return shipping.
