Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms govern all sales made on this site between Eddy Ben el abed, sole proprietorship under Swiss law (the "Seller"), and any customer. Placing an order means accepting these terms.

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Slight differences in color or appearance from the photos may occur.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars for the United States and in Canadian dollars for Canada. Shipping is $4.71 per order to the US and C$7 per order to Canada, shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Products are billed at the price in effect when the order is placed.

4. Orders and payment

Payment is taken online when you order. Payment data is encrypted and handled by the payment provider; the Seller never sees your card details. You receive an email confirmation. The Seller may cancel any order that appears fraudulent.
